Description of Армрестлинг. Как победить?

Armsport (wrestling or arm wrestling, from English Arm sport, arm wrestling, where arm is the forearm) is a kind of wrestling between the two 7up Down participants (the kind of Combat sports). During the match, the same-named competitors' hands are placed on a firm, level surface (usually a table), and the palms are locked into the lock. The task of the competing handler is to press the opponent's hand against the surface. A number of temporary, technical and tactical restrictions are imposed on the contestants.
Despite the fact that arm wrestling is not an Olympic sport, wrestling is very popular in many parts of the world.
